Why I Do This?

I have always had a keen interest in Sport, Health and Fitness, with my own participation, studying and with work.

At Transform Fitness I run Group Fitcamp sessions, run the Sport Injury Clinic, provide Sports Massage and work 1-1, often working with clients who have had injuries or conditions that have resulted in them finding it difficult to exercise then developing a plan to correct or minimise the impact of those injuries or conditions.

Always developing

I have always had a passion to further my education in the field with the pinnacle achieving a 1st class honours degree in Sports Therapy from Teesside University in 2009.

I am currently studying towards a Precision Nutrition Coaching Program.

Past Experience

I have worked in a wide variety of roles including being a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer at a Health Club, a Sports Massage Therapist at a Physiotherapy Clinic, and as a Sports Therapist both for a Sports Injury Clinic and self employed.
