Our strength component to our fitcamp delivery offers everyone who attends a unique opportunity to maintain and develop body strength regularly throughout the week.
We utilise the most modern styles of training and implement a range of equipment to test you including:
- Suspension Trainers
Members who attend our strength sessions vary from beginners to very experienced and sessions can be tailored to individual abilities simply by altering weight requirements for each component.
We encourage people to monitor and track what weights they are using so they can gauge development and improvements throughout your fitness journey.

We offer members the opportunity to attend sessions throughout the week with sessions running Monday-Sunday.I used to think lifting weights was just for men.........how wrong could i be! I love the buzz i get from lifting weights and the feelings after a session
