Here Is How We Can Help You


We currently offer proven and successful 6-week kickstart programs for both male and female groups who may just be starting out at the gym, not necessarily possessing the confidence to train alone. Our kickstart sessions are tailored around your own ability, meaning you don’t have to feel pressured to keep up with pace, as long as you know you’re pushing yourself! Sessions include a mix of strength and cardio work, with frequent measurements being optional to make sure you’re on track.


As mentioned, our kickstart programs have seen a lot of people improve their confidence and overall ability, meaning they are now ready to progress onto our Fitcamp sessions. A similar structure to the kickstart sessions, they are ran at a higher pace for when your own individual ability is improved, pushing you even further to see greater results.

One-to-one Personal Training

Personal training allows you to have a more specific focus on your goals and individual requirements. Single or small group sessions depending on your own preference and how you would work best.
